Moored just a short walk from Temple Station, the HMS Wellington has been an iconic fixture on the River Thames since 1948. This stately, non-moving vessel offers stunning views of the Thames, and its upper deck provides the perfect spot for taking in the sights. Upon boarding, you’ll be greeted with a complimentary glass of fizz, setting the tone for a night of celebration.
Get ready to dance the night away with a live DJ and entertainment keeping the party going. Throughout the evening, enjoy a selection of delicious canapés and sandwiches, with options that cater to all dietary needs. If you're in the mood for more drinks, a fully stocked bar will be available for purchases.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to the planned road closures on December 31, 2026, all guests will be required to wear a wristband to cross restricted areas and reach the meeting point. If you have booked or are booking this New Year’s Eve event, you must collect your wristband before the event to access the restricted areas and reach the meeting point.

This hotel is a 10-minute walk from the boat where the event will take place. To reach the Strand Palace Hotel, it is recommended to take the Tube to Covent Garden station, which is outside the restricted area, and walk to the hotel.
Roads may close early in preparation for the fireworks display. Please check road closures on www.tfl.gov.uk before you travel. Golden Tours representatives will be present upon your arrival.
