Views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the river
The Silver Bonito New Year’s Eve Dinner & Cruise pairs a three-course dinner at The Minories, near Tower Hill, with a Thames cruise for the midnight fireworks on 31 December 2026. Dinner starts at 5pm; afterwards an escort walks the group to Tower Bridge Quay, where boarding is at 9:00pm for a 9:15pm departure, returning at approximately 1:00am. A welcome drink at dinner, a glass of Prosecco as you board and another at midnight, and live music on board are included. From £399 per adult and £389 per child aged 2 to 11, with free cancellation until 1 December 2026.
Dinner by the Tower, then the river
The Silver Bonito starts the last night of the year at a table, while the embankments are still filling up. The Minories is a short walk from the Tower of London, and the menu is relaxed rather than formal: nachos to start, a stacked burger with fries or a crispy tofu bowl, and chocolate fudge cake to finish.
Then the hard part is handled for you. After dinner an escort walks the group down to Tower Bridge Quay, about ten minutes away, and the boat takes the party onto the water. The riverbank belongs to the crowd that night; the Silver Bonito takes the other road, with Prosecco as you step aboard and again when the clock strikes twelve.

How the night unfolds
5:00pm — The Minories
Meet at 64-73 Minories, near Tower Hill, for a welcome drink and three courses. Be on time: late arrivals may be refused entry, and there is no refund.
9:00pm — Tower Bridge Quay
An escort walks the group from the restaurant to the quay on St Katharine’s Way. Boarding is at 9:00pm and the Silver Bonito leaves at 9:15pm sharp. It is Tower Bridge Quay, downstream of the bridge, not Tower Millennium Pier on the other side of it.
On board — Prosecco and live music
A glass of Prosecco as you step aboard, live music to dance to, and the city lit up on both banks as the boat sails through central London.
Midnight until about 1:00am — the fireworks
The boat takes position for the display and a second glass of Prosecco arrives for midnight. Afterwards the music carries on into 2027 until the return to Tower Bridge Quay at about 1:00am.
Before you book
This is a family-friendly evening: child tickets cover ages 2 to 11, children must be accompanied by an adult, and from 12 the adult fare applies. Dress to impress. Luggage and large bags of any kind are not allowed on board, and neither is food or drink brought from outside. Your e-ticket on your phone is enough.
If you skip dinner, go straight to Tower Bridge Quay and arrive by 8:45pm: the boat leaves on time and latecomers cannot be accommodated. Roads across central London close early for the fireworks, so check Transport for London before you travel. As on every Thames cruise that night, the final position for the display depends on river traffic and weather and cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation is free until 5:00pm on Tuesday 1 December 2026, 30 days before the cruise.
If you would rather dine on the South Bank, the Sapele follows the same format: dinner at Doggett’s Coat and Badge by Blackfriars Bridge, then a cruise from Bankside Pier at 9:45pm.
