    Itinerary

    Salisbury

    The first stop on this Christmas tour is the historic town of Salisbury, famous for its cathedral—one of the finest Gothic cathedrals in Britain and often depicted by the painter John Constable. Be amazed by the tallest spire in the UK and the charm of this ancient medieval town!

    Stonehenge

    Leaving Salisbury, the coach will pass by the ancient monument of Stonehenge, which is closed on Christmas Day. Although a visit to the archaeological site won’t be possible, it’s a great opportunity to reflect on the theories surrounding Stonehenge—from a religious temple to an astronomical clock, and even a Bronze Age burial ground. Stonehenge remains a mystery that continues to captivate the world.
