Christmas singalong with on-board host
The Singalong Christmas Lights Tour is a 90-minute ride on a heated, closed-top bus through the illuminated West End, running daily from 13 November 2026 to 4 January 2027. It departs from Bus Stop 1, Bulleid Way, Victoria, London SW1W 9SR at 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:30pm and 8:30pm, with check-in 15 minutes earlier. A mince pie, two shortbread biscuits and two hot drinks are included, and carols are sung on board. Children under 5 are not admitted. From £34 on the lower deck.
The one where you sing
The bus is pink, the roof is closed, the heating is on, and everyone on board is expected to join in. That last part is what separates this tour from the other two: it is not a sightseeing ride with a snack attached, it is ninety minutes of carols that happens to pass Regent Street.
The lights are the same lights — Oxford Street, Regent Street, Bond Street, Piccadilly — seen through large windows rather than from an open deck. What you get instead of the cold air is a warm room, a table, a mince pie, two shortbread biscuits and two hot drinks, and a bus full of people singing.
The rule that decides it: no under-5s
Children under 5 are not permitted on this tour, at any price and in any seat. It is the single most important thing to check before booking, and it is the reason families with toddlers end up on one of the other two buses.
Under-18s may travel accompanied by a paying adult. Alcohol is served only to over-18s on production of valid photo identification.
Closed top, heated
Not an open-top bus. You see the displays through glass, in the warm, which in a London December is a real argument — and the reason this tour works when it rains.
A table, and what is on it
One mince pie, two shortbread biscuits and two hot drinks per person, served at your seat. Tables may be shared with another party unless you have booked the whole table.
Practical details
There is no toilet on board and the tour lasts 90 minutes. Wheelchair users travel on the lower deck in fixed positions. December traffic can be heavy, so the route may vary slightly from day to day to keep the bus moving and to take in as many displays as possible.
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the travel date.
The other two ways to see the same lights
The London Christmas Lights Tour is the open-top, panoramic version: cheaper, colder, no food, and no minimum age — the one to take with a toddler. The Snowman™ Afternoon Tea Bus Tour serves a full afternoon tea at the table, admits children from 3, and has no singing. Closed and singing, open and silent, or seated and eating: that is the whole choice.

Singalong Christmas Lights Tour – FAQ
- Can I bring a child under 5?
No. Children under 5 are not admitted on this tour, in any seat. If you are travelling with a younger child, the London Christmas Lights Tour has no minimum age and children aged 0 to 4 travel free.
- Is the bus open-top?
No. This bus has a closed roof and is heated. You see the lights through large windows. If you want an open deck with nothing above you, that is the London Christmas Lights Tour.
- What food and drink is included?
One mince pie, two shortbread biscuits and two hot drinks per person, served at your seat. Alcohol is available to over-18s only, on production of valid photo identification.
- Where and when does it depart?
From Bus Stop 1, Bulleid Way, Victoria, London SW1W 9SR, at 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:30pm and 8:30pm. Check-in is 15 minutes before departure. The tour runs daily from 13 November 2026 to 4 January 2027 — one day longer than the open-top Christmas Lights Tour, which ends on 3 January.
- Do I have to sing?
Nobody is compelled to, but the carols are the point of the tour rather than background music, and most of the bus joins in. If you would rather watch the lights quietly, the open-top Christmas Lights Tour is the calmer option.
- Will I share a table? Is there a toilet on board?

- Is the bus accessible by wheelchair?
